We designed this for busy professionals. Your 10 SGT classes are valid for 2 full months, giving you the flexibility to adapt to unexpected work trips or family commitments without losing your progress.
How does the RM1,200 "Earn-Back" credit actually work?
It's simple. If you hit just ONE of your core targets (like 3-5% body fat loss or your vision map goal) during the 8 weeks, you earn a RM1,200 credit applied to reduce the fees of your next 12-Month SGT Membership. You succeed, we pay you back.
Is this suitable if I haven't worked out in years?
Absolutely. The program begins with a 1-on-1 Vision Mapping session to establish your baseline. We track your progressive overload through the Physical Logbook so you advance safely at the exact pace your body requires.
What makes GSP different from just joining as a regular member?
A regular membership gives you access. The GSP gives you a structured 8-week system: bi-weekly InBody scans, a Vision Mapping session, a physical logbook, and two coaching check-ins. It's the entry point designed to get you measurable results before you commit to long-term membership. Regular members train. GSP members transform.
What happens after the 8 weeks — am I locked into anything?
No lock-in. After the 8 weeks you're free to continue at your own pace. Most GSP graduates roll into a 6 or 12-month SGT membership — because they've seen real results and the earn-back credit makes it the logical next step. But it's always your choice.
